I recently went to this DMV to renew my license. I was helped and guided to the right areas and every worker i interacted with was very nice and helpful. There is some confusion about the layout of the lines, but otherwise it was an easy and uneventful experience.

Kevin & Fernando are great guys, they have an awesome crew working with for road test of any kind. For inside DMV, well the wait is long and most people have attitude. They definitely have a diverse staff.

This review is based on my experience today 6/2 at this location. I am shocked at the negative and even rude reviews about these folks. When I showed up just before 8 am the line was wrapped around to the back of the building, but somehow I was able to renew my drivers license and be out by 8:30 am. The staff was pleasant and efficient, I had no issues.

Here is the difference between myself and most people I noticed complaining.

    1. I was prepared!! Visited the website multiple times to ensure I brought the required docs. *I brought extra of each just in case!

    2. I did not go in with a chip on my shoulder!! If your license or registration is expired, its your fault not theirs.

*Only thing I would suggest is to make it clear on the website that using a bank statement as proof of address, must be mailed to you, not printed offline. I did hear something about having the bank stamp a print out.
