That's what we did! Recently, we were unexpectedly faced with having to install stair lifts, and other equipment such as grab bars, raised toilet seats, etc., at our northern New Jersey home. Time was of the essence, as a family member was scheduled to return home from an inpatient rehabilitation facility and would need to rely on the home modifications being in place. Immediately, I called BACK HOME SAFELY and was pleasantly surprised when the representative pulled our file dating back to May 2014. I was even happier upon learning that the prices quoted at the time of the original home assessment would remain unchanged. A home visit was scheduled to confirm measurements for the stair lifts installation, as well as for the other equipment. A work order was then scheduled and completed prior to the family member returning home. “Been meaning to write this review for a while... Dave and his guys were great, picked up my car Monday morning and had the transmission rebuilt by closing on Wednesday, no games, no fuss, just got the work done. He stood behind his work 110%. By chance the TCM he received was defective and gave out 2 weeks later, he came to my house, had the truck towed on his dime, diagnosed the issue and replaced the TCM within 36hrs the Thursday/Friday before the July 4th weekend. He even offered move my boat for me (which happened to be attached to the truck with no drive). All in all great service, I have called him since and asked an unrelated question and he was very helpful.”
