(August 31, 2019, 9:00 am)Scheduled a delivery for 7:00 am. I Called at 7:20 to see if they were running late. I was told they would arrive “later”. When I asked for a specific time I was told “around 9 or 10”. They called back an hour later and refunded me the delivery charge. I give them credit for taking responsibility and doing something to help out. Mistakes can happen but RER did what they could to make up for it.
