My 35-year-old Marley Hydromatic grinder pump finally failed and needed replacement. Site Specific was referred to me by a local plumber who couldn't fit my immediate schedule need.
Sue and Scott of Site Specific were extremely knowledgeable and capable in defining, scoping, estimating, and quickly scheduling the necessary job. Scott went so far as to call my township sewer department to ensure there'd be no issues with proper shutoff to city sewer line before doing the job!
John and Mike of Site Specific did great onsite work to retrofit with a new E/One grinder pump in my exterior sewer box and a new control box in my interior basement. John explained everything in detail before and after the work, answered all of my questions, and ensured the pump and alarm operated as expected before leaving.
I highly recommend Site Specific for grinder pump retrofit installs, and would certainly use them again.

I had a new indoor grinder pump installed. I spoke with the office supervisor and gave her all the request information. The technician (John) arrived within 45 minutes and with the new unit. He removed the old unit and installed the new unit without difficulty. He tested the new unit and explained everything (warranty, control panel) to me. He left the work area spotless. Total time was approximately two (2) hours, which included making a trip over to the Mt. Top Sewer Authority to retrieve the plug off of my old pump to wire up the new control panel. In summary, I would highly recommend and use this company for future service.😀

My grinder pump, an E One unit, after 17 years of operating with no problems, whatsoever, was starting to make a humming sound and not kick on. It did that once or twice, and then kicked on. The grinder pump had a 5 year warranty on it that turned into 17 years of use with no issues.
Site Specific sent three workers to my house, arrived on time, checked the status of my pump, discussed my options and started working on its replacement immediately. Scott, John & Sean removed my old grinder pump, installed a new one and tested its functionality in just under 2 hours.

Sunday morning and our grinder pump stopped working and we didn't even know it was the pump because the alarm was off in the control box. We thought we just had a back up toilet. However, my husband checked the control box to the grinder pump and we realized the alarm was of? When he turned it on the alarm blazed. We quickly called Site Specfic Design. They sent out Pat within a few hours. He explained everything and within a few hours installed a new pump and circuit board in the control box. I would highly recommend this company. My grinder pump stopped working overnight. I called Site Specific Design early in the morning and they had a tech (Pat) at my house in a couple hours. He did a wonderful job. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. I opted for a new pump. He had the new pump in and running within the hour of him being there.
