I have been getting my Labs processed by Laura for a long time and never had a bad experience! She is true professional, who works alone trying to make every personality that comes through her door comfortable and processed quickly. She is definitely a tremendous asset to the Skylands Medical group!

I have gone here several times and I think Laura has gotten kinder each time! She makes the process literally painless! She is exactly the type of person needed in the medical field!

Was super duper nervous to get my blood drawn but Laura was so lovely and helped me calm down so much! She didn’t judge me for my fear and instead supported me through my appointment and did things when I was ready!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Laura has made me feel comfortable for the last 10 years when I need to get testing blood work. I can't imagine going anywhere else because I am a uncomfortable with needles. Quick and efficient and friendly!!!! The best!

Have been here many times. Not just for me but I also bring my 90 year old mom. Every time I go the same woman is there (Laura). She’s fantastic! Always takes great care of my mom. Could not be more pleasant or accommodating. I see some other not so favorable reviews which I find hard to believe. One says made an appointment online. ? They don’t take appointments at the Rockaway site. So I understand the frustration. As far as Mr. Bentolila’s review all I can say is I’ve always had great service, quick and always a smile for my mom and me. I just read and follow all the posted directions and I’ve never had a problem 🤷🏻‍♂️ Highly recommend.
