The trails around Split Rock reservoir have observation points with pretty views of the lake. The trail is well marked , crosses interesting rock formations, a few streams, one has a rope installed the helps you cross a pretty deep stream. The path is rocky and includes up and down narrow passages, you will get a nice workout !
