After a quick inquiry of what I was interested in, she pointed me in the right direction, told me to enjoy looking around and that she would be available if I had questions. She gave me space, did not stalk me in my past shopping experiences with Ashley salesperson. She checked in on me but in a friendly conversational type of way, more like a friend. When I did have questions, she was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Came back two days later, requested her and made my purchase. Would shop here again, especially when Rachel is working!

She provided exceptional customer service and was very friendly. She answered all the questions that I had. Sharon did a wonderful job and made us feel comfortable. If I come back to this store, I will definitely ask for her.

(September 27, 2018, 10:18 am)I had a great experience buying a sofa at Ashley Home Store yesterday! Joe was incredibly attentive and helped me find the perfect sofa for my new home. I explained that I was in a time crunch with the sofa and he was able to find me something that will be arriving in just a few days. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to furnish your home with stylish and affordable pieces that don’t take forever to arrive!
