  Great dealership. It's usually cheaper and easier to find a nice bike on craigslist, but The Cycle Exchange is a way better choice. Their prices are extremely competitive even more compared to craigslist. The bikes are always amazing bikes that look and run great. To top it off they come with a 30 day powertrain warranty and for a few hundred more you can get an extended warranty that covers pretty much everything. The group at cycle exchange in Andover and ledgewood are amazing. I've bought dirt bikes, cruisers, and sport bikes from them and every bike has been amazing. Always go walk around the showroom they always end up having some hidden gems that arent up on the site yet.

  This is our first visit to the cycle exchange and even though it was the location we actually need to go to, as we are looking at buying a cruiser and this location is more for sport bikes we were very happy we stopped it. I believe the salesman's name we talked to was Jay who immediately assisted us upon walking in and even now he knew we were looking for cruisers took the time to show us the available stock online at the other location answer all of our questions explained the entire process of buying a bike there and showed us several several ones we might be interested in even if they were cruisers. I've worked in sales myself and I know the difference between someone trying to make a sale and someone trying to make a customer for life and that is what I felt Jay was doing .
  I see no reason to go anywhere else to look for a bike if you're looking for a sport bike and this location and if Jay is any example of the employees that work at the other location then I would recommend going there as well if you're looking for a cruiser which we will be thanks to Jay!
  As I said, we are looking for a cruiser more than a sport bike, but they have some absolutely, beautiful, incredible sport bikes here!
  When we finally do find a bike at the other location we will be doing a review for that location as well and even though that will probably be a spring of 2019, we look forward to it!

  The employee who welcomed me to the store showed me around and was very nice the the whole time. He seemed very knowledgeable about everything but the way he explains things doesnt make me feel dumb about not knowing things.

  i recently purchased a 21 year old Ducati sight unseen from the Cycle Exchange and am very pleased with the purchase. it's as close to a new bike as you could expect from something more than 2 decades old. John personally sent me about 30 to 40 photos, and some video as well to ease any anxiety of buying a motorcycle half the country away. it had new tires, fluids, and was exactly as described, if not better. John communicated superbly and helped out tremendously in regards to securing this bike and making for a painless transaction. couldn't be happier, thanks heaps again guys...

  Christian (slater) and Mike were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very low pressure and willing to answer whatever questions we had. My girlfriend and I ended up buy two bikes from them because of the great service.
