Not only have I seen results this gym made me become more interested in my health outside of the gym. It is quick like my lifestyle and I see amazing results!! I love all the trainers especially Dan I work with him often and he never disappoints. Go all in first time do the wellness and workout and you will see a huge difference in your body. I do have a nice butt I won’t lie.

Sherry and her team go out of their way to make your experience fit your personal goals/needs. They are very responsive and listen to what you are looking for. The equipment is maintained properly, the atmosphere is relaxed and the workouts are 1 on 1 with a knowledgeable staff member guiding you. I was referred by a close friend to Body Strong Life because of my love of health and wellness. I also have been suffering from chronic back pain for over 17 years. Immediately upon calling and meeting Alex, I told him my main focus was my back pain. He immediately said he would do everything he could to get my pain level down. I believed him. He catered to how I was feeling every time I worked out with him and also helped gather up a plan to workout depending on my pain level that day.
He’s gotten to know what’s working and what’s not and he has always been so helpful and encouraging to get me to the level I need to be to be strong and feel better.

My experience at Body Strong Life was amazing! Wow! Had to believe for myself the hype that I could get an intense full body workout in 15 minutes.. excited to say it is so true at Body Strong Life! Alex gave my core muscle groups a great lift then I recovered in the other room with Red Light Therapy and Bio Charger machine.

Looking forward to the next workout and seeing my strength stats improve!
