(December 11, 2018, 3:15 pm)The tour was ok but I'd say there was room to grow. It relies a little too much on the video they created and basically any employee could run the tour. It would have definitely enhanced the experience if the person doing the tour was super knowledgeable and passionate about cheese making so that we could have asked more specific questions. Although then I'd expect it to cost a bit more so for the price it really was good. The cave was not as visitor friendly as I'd expected, I wished the windows weren't so foggy and dirty and maybe some more labels so we knew what we were looking at exactly. The fogging may have been because I was there on a really cold day and obviously the cave is warmer. The cheese is super good by the way. It's nice you can try stuff before buying because there was a couple I wouldn't have thought to purchase of the girl behind the counter hadn't offered a sample when she heard us discussing it. Their store has a good selection of other local products as well.

(June 18, 2018, 8:17 pm)My family has been stopping by to pickup cheese here whenever we drive by for a couple years now. I recently brought my reluctant boyfriend on a Lambing Tour and we both loved it! The educational video on their cheese process was very well done, seeing the same equipment we saw in the video immediately after was very refreshing, the basically unlimited cheese samples were amazing, and feeding the baby lambs and goats at the end was the highlight. We are both 25, and I would recommend for all ages. This is also a Celiac friendly food tour.

(April 22, 2018, 8:13 pm)If you are lucky enough to attend one of their cheesemaking class, you will have one of the best times of your life. Worth every penny to make your own cheese, that's then aged for you.
