“I recently reached out to MLC to have three cars cleaned and detailed. The first was my collector car (1985 Bitter SC), the second was my Cayenne GTS and the last one was my wife's Audi Q7. Alex was extremely professional and detailed all three of our cars exactly how I expected them to be cleaned. The interior was spotless, the exterior paint was soft and smooth, all glass was crystal clear and the rims and brake calipers were all cleaned to perfection at all angles. He showed up exactly when he said he would and maintained excellent contact with me throughout the process. He has a passion for cars and I can tell that he would treat any of his customer's cars as if they were his own. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be using MLC in the future!”

“I could have sworn I have written a review here before. Oh well, here it goes. I do a lot of my own car work. Every now and then there's a job I don't have tools for, can't figure out, or just don't have a place to do it. Pequannock Automotive is always honest and will back up their work if they make a mistake. (Happened once, fixed ASAP for free) I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to bring my cars there. Pros: Honest, fair priced, good work, convenient. Cons: Often forget to call before completing work to give estimate (Price is always cheaper than expected anyway), and never once called when the car was done, I always need to call and ask. The cons are not deal breakers and can easily be fixed. Pros are what matters!”

“Sometimes great businesses have cranky customers. So take any less favorable reviews with a chunk of salt. The better reviews for Country Road proved to be on target. I'm from out of town and needed extra care in evaluating a used 01 (yes 2001!) Honda Insight hybrid for my daughter. Bob and staff took exceptional care to scrutinize the vehicle with the expertise I could not be confident that area Honda dealer service departments would provide. “Very well priced oil changes, and they did the job right. Much better than my past experiences at other volkswagen dealerships. I'm usually skeptical on going back to dealerships, since last time at dealership reslly close to my house, they never tightened the drain screw, and I had gone to Long Island and back. Almost all the oil spilled out, luckily I had just enough for my engine to not break down. After that I tend to change my own oil, but just never had the time to do so this time. So thank you for doing the service right and quick. This will definitely be my go to place for my future car services.”
