“Dr. Katzman is a life saver!!! And his staff is top notch and extremely caring and helpful. After having a fusion surgery from another surgeon, I was suffering from headaches and posture problems and wearing down the adjacent joints. I contacted countless surgeons who told me the fusion was permanent, and many of them even refused to recognize that I had a problem. Dr. Katzman not only took me seriously, but he was willing to help! After surgery, I am feeling much better. After seeing countless surgeons who I felt didn't advocate for me, it was such a relief to find Dr. Katzman's office. It really seems like they care and advocate for your health. On top of that, since my case was a revision, I'm sure it was a tougher and more grueling surgery than doing initial surgeries. All the other surgeons passed me off, but Dr. Katzman was willing to help me and spent hours in surgery trying to give me a good result. I am so grateful for him! Not only was Katzman great, but his staff was great as well. My patient advocate Ryan, all the nurses and assistants, and the physician's assistant were all top notch. Time was of the essence for my procedure, and they were excellent at coordinating everything, scheduling it quickly, and taking care of the insurance and all the paperwork quickly. If you are having spinal issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Katzman or someone else on his staff. If another surgeon recommends fusion, definitely speak to Katzman before doing anything. I'm not a health professional and I know that every case is different, but in my case the artificial disc was far superior to the fusion.”
