I would describe The Jym as one of those places you come across which you can tell the owners take a certain sense of pride in their establishment. It's clean. They're continually investing in making it better. The classes are solid. The owners are approachable. Everything works properly and is of good quality. And - a very pleasant part - the owners truly do care and show genuine interest in what people like myself want and care about. Anthony (one owner) and I had a very nice discussion a couple of weeks ago and, true to his word, what he said was going to happen happened. He was truly interested in what I had to say, intent on listening, and offered a forthright answer, not lip service. TBH - before Anthony and Frank took over, the place stunk (literally and figuratively speaking). So far, my expectations have been met and exceeded and I'm excited to retain my membership and see how The Jym gets better over time.”

“As our loved ones age, so does the reality of the need to assist them with their daily living requirements. This is certainly a challenge all families come to grips with. As our family also did for my mother. The main focus was to locate an assisted living home that we and Mom would be pleased with. Additionally, keeping within a short driving distance to visit was also important to us. On visiting Brighton Gardens at Florham Park, we were impressed with: courtesy, attention, cleanliness, neat landscaping and all the little details that one sees as big. Upon moving in, Mom needed a transition period to feel comfortable, as this was a major move for her. With the help of her designated care manager, Maria Joseph, it was a relatively quiet and happy move in period. In fact, Mom and Maria bonded to become very good friends. In fact, Mom made friends with all the staff. What I noted is that all staff smile and pay attention to each resident's needs and comfort. Indeed the residents also make friends with one another and share in conversation and activities. Some people say the path to the heart leads from the stomach. The culinary menus at Brighton Gardens are first rate. There is a varied daily selection that is based on the calendar season. Delightful daily snacks are served. The activities are quite varied. A Daily newsletter serves as a useful guide. Trips go out to local stores. Musicians and lecturers perform. Religious worship is scheduled weekly to meet the spiritual needs of residents. Our family strongly recommends any interested families to consider Brighton Gardens of Florham Park for their loved ones. Call, schedule to visit, observe, ask questions, and tour the facility. There is no substitution for home. Brighton Gardens of Florham Park really comes close.”
