“This woman changed my life. People immediately feel turned away because they don't see someone who gives them the warm fuzzies, or hold their hand. They don't find someone who will hug them, or feed into this idea that she's supposed to tell them what they want to hear. She forced me to find the strength in myself to finally address, and stand up for myself after all these years of being walked on, used, abused, manipulated, despite that I knew these people were all doing it. All she did was force me to confront myself instead of hiding behind the excuses and cover lies to protect the people who were hurting me. It's uncomfortable. It's painful.. and you want to fight back.. you want to fight HER despite she's not the one who did anything wrong. It took me some time to come to terms with this. I've been forced to see therapists since I was a 3 year old kid in foster care.. but for the first time in my life, she was the only one who actually made a difference. She cares - I do see it.. there's a depth of understanding and empathy in her.. When I found myself breaking down, which was incredibly hard for me to do, I saw the empathy in her eyes.. but she has her own life that's separate from her professional life - and she can't get swept up and carried away by every life story from every patient she works with. She gives you honest, direct truth that will force you to confront yourself. If you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, I suggest you get a friend, and not pay $75.00hr. I already know she doesn't bother reading her reviews, we spoke about it in person. I just thought I'd let anyone out there know, who might be swayed by those posted like I almost was.”

“It is amazing to me how anyone can come on these sites and post false accusations. It is extremely rare that any patient waits in our office. Dr. Capio DOES schedule every 15 minutes and he never ever double books. I resent the false accusations and unfortunately with social media there is not much we can do. Anyone can come on these sites and exagerate and stretch the truth and even out right lie. Whats amazing to me is that 99% of the time we know exactly who the people are posting these "anonymous" reviews and there are very few. The one that says "take it down a notch" well that person goes on different sites, changes their name but their language is always the same. VF warned that they would go on a site and destroy Drs' reputation just today. I urge anyone reading these negative reviews don't deprive yourself of a great physician with a wonderful staff because of some disgruntled patient! He not Top Doctor 6 years in a row for nothing!”
