“This is the best place to learn karate. The instructors are so dedicated here and it's so amazing to watch how they work with each kid and at their pace. Here you don't get a belt here evry 6 month, you have to earn it. My son loves going to this institute though he has to work very very hard. I attended a Shiai last Sunday where all the other affiliate schools were participating but the students of this dojo clearly stood out in terms of their performances. You could easily see how high ranking belts holders were not able to do some basic stuff correctly.”

“Best possible place for physical therapy. Janelle and Chris really helped me get back to being an athlete by taking their time with me and using they’re knowledge and experience with athletes. This whole staff is awesome and professional, Steve and Ahmed are great and helped me tremendously. Kat, Myra, and Chelsea are the best, super friendly and professional. Mike is great and also helped me with some tips when he could. Even those who I didn’t directly work with I could tell were very good at what they do. My back was all jacked up with a herniated disc and I am comfortable running and being in the gym again. This is the only place I would recommend for physical therapy and I’m grateful I got the chance to go here.”

“I went in to Body Moksha PT because I had a lot of prior sports injuries, but I wasn't sure if it would even be helpful to get PT because the injuries healed over 2 years ago. I was surprised to learn that my injury had caused my hips to be really weak, and was even affecting my walk and my knees. Tejal is super knowledgeable and personable, and gave me really great workouts that have helped me regain that hip strength. I've enjoyed my sessions a lot, and feel confident that I'm in a much better and stronger position to play tennis ( and go on hikes and even just work out in general! ).”

I couldn’t be more impressed with the deep level of care, understanding and flexibility in the way they adjust the treatment for each individual client. When one mode didn’t seem to work, they would change the direction. The facilities are beautiful but it is the owners and staff that make this drug and alcohol rehab center as good as it is. “I absolutely love this retro. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and I’ve never had an issue, a rude employee, or a bad experience overall. Retro has also shined since covid because they are constantly cleaning, checking temperatures, making sure there are always wipes to clean everything down, and making sure it’s a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. The only complaint I would have just to help new comers is there is no sign outside at the entrance, when I first came here I passed it so many times because you really wouldn’t know there is a gym back there. Other than that... 10/10!”
