“I had a smaller project, needing a few shirts with my business logo on them, and decided to stop by Initial Encounter Embroidery. Every person there was very helpful and friendly. Their responsiveness was most impressive, reaching back out to me within hours to give me a price quote. When the shirts were selected, they were able to finish the shirts and I picked them up the next day. Much sooner than I imagined and am used to where smaller projects are less of a priority and get pushed behind the bigger projects. All of my future printing or embroidery projects will definitely be done by Initial Encounter Embroidery!”

“I walked in because I drive by there location every day. My fridge was not working and after I called Frigidaire they told me that the evaporator fan was broken. I dealt with Michael and he looked up and had the part in stock. He said he can put in the part the same day. He was at my house within 30!minutes to install the part. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He also gave us some tips on how to keep the fridge running for efficiently. Great service!!”
