The day I walked into the store to look at options, I was sent home with samples and someone came that afternoon to measure my kitchen to give me an estimate. “Chatham has needed a good bagel shop (with a grill!) for awhile. Noah's has always been our go to bagel shop, but they don't have a flat top. Which makes bagel sandwiches sub par. The bagels here are fantastic -- crisp on the outside, pillow soft on the inside. A bit doughy, but in a good way. Big bagels, as well! Not the half size bagels you find at some places. Staff is amazingly friendly, as well.”
