“After fracturing my leg, I was looking for alternative mobility options. I found the product that I wanted on Amazon, and ordered it through a third-party seller. After waiting three days (and when you're waiting for a mobility product, this is a LONG TIME!) I received a message saying that my order could not be filled until a month later. I cancelled this order, and immediately searched for a different seller. I found Respro, and instead of going through Amazon, went directly to their website. I called their local number and got through to someone immediately. I asked if the product was in stock, and they were immediately able to confirm that it was, and even answered a few product questions for me. Within 15 min of placing my order online, I received a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION. Not just an order confirmation, but a confirmation that it was shipped, and it contained all of the FedEx tracking information. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with Respro Medical and their response time. I would highly recommend their services.”

“Moved into my new house and noticed I had a steam boiler. Literally had no idea what a steam boiler was, and I had no water, so I called up franks coil cleaning to see if they could help. Nick came out next day and assessed what was going on. He cleaned the coil, and explained my steam boiler to me. About 45m later I got hot water for my shower. Definitely 10/10 recommend.”

“My children, who live in Canada, ordered a plant (through Teleflora who, I believe, charges quite a bit for this service and farms the orders out to the local florists) for my birthday and Mother’s Day, which are a week apart. Doug did not have the requested plant but he did send an absolutely beautiful bouquet of blue Hydrangeas and White Roses. When I thanked my children they said “bouquet? We wanted a plant.” I phoned Doug to ask what had happened and he explained that he’d had to do a substitution. He then said to call in a week and he should have some plants in (Mother’s Day emptied out the inventory of any florist who was open). I wasn’t angry that he’d had to substitute and had already decided I wouldn’t call back as he had provided a beautiful bouquet, for which he had been compensated. I felt that also supplying a plant would mean he was getting a loss on my children’s order. To my surprise, he showed up two days later with a beautiful hydrangea, which I have since planted in my garden. Doug went above and beyond what he needed to do! I was so impressed!
