Our four-year-old grandson was with us, so we were worried that the time it would take for us to buy our Ford Edge ST would take its toll on him. It was the exact opposite; he was given a choice of a toy car to keep and was able to play with several others at "his own desk." Olivia was great! She was knowledgeable with the car and helped us set up some of the new technology, which saved us a lot of time later. The whole process was very smooth. The service department did a great job prepping the car for us to take home. We weren't pressured into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with. “Not sure where the other reviews have gone, however I do not feel the same. Everyone in the place is friendly and helpful. This is an old fashioned hardware store with a small selection of items. Don't expect Home Depot, expect the local resources to help you as best they can. This is the type of place you visit when passing through to get a feel of what business was like before the big box stores. Great place and nice folks.”
