She was so kind and sweet she really took the time in the beginning to look at the pictures I bought. During the haircut process she made conversation so natural I felt relaxed and conformable the whole time. I'm extremely active and without even having to ask she knew to keep the length long enough so I could pull it back easily. I can't thank this woman enough not only for the amazing hair cut she gave me that works with my natural texture but for giving me confidence back that I haven't had in a very long time.
