The Manager, Pasquale, immediately put me at ease by showing me several samples of tiles that met my requirements. I was not rushed throughout the selection process and was given samples to take home. With Pasquale’s guidance, I was able to make my choices with confidence. The order was placed and received within the specified time. Upon completion of the remodeling, there were some excess tiles; and, to our delight, we were able to return the unused tiles and given credit for them.
