“I have taken my 2004 Corolla to Crestmont Toyota since I purchased it here in August of 2003. I now have other Toyota dealerships closer to my current home that would be much more convenient to go to, but I don't trust them like I trust Crestmont. The receptionists have always been so kind, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I have repeatedly found the service department to be honest and upfront about what needs to be done with my car. In the past year I've dealt with Roger, and my current adviser is Bob (my car is there until Tuesday). But no matter who I talk to in service, I know that I will be taken care of, without needless repairs aimed at cleaning out my bank account. I also want to recognize Melissa in rentals, who always puts me in such gorgeous loaner cars. Right now I'm in a 2018 Corolla and I keep telling her that she can keep my car to use for rentals when it's finished being repaired and we'll do an even trade, but she doesn't seem interested in my fantastic idea! She, like the service department, is absolutely awesome at what she does and just so nice to deal with. If you need your Toyota serviced, please look no further than Crestmont. You won't regret it.”
