  I had this company install an entire new electrical service including a new back generator. Their prices were the best and the work was done quickly and professionally. I would reccomend them to anyone and will be using them for all my electrical needs. Rick the owner conducted himself as a gentleman and a true professional. This was the best experience have ever had with any company.

  When I moved to Monmouth County 5 years ago I needed some fixtures installed. I checked with Home Advisors and was truly blessed to meet Ricky of R&M Electric. Since then we have used R&M for all our electrical work. Ricky's work is outstanding and his prices are fair. I have recommended Ricky to friends in the area and they have the same opinion. And in turn recommend him to others. We are not just customers to Ricky, we have developed long term relationships.
  I highly recommend R&M Electric.

  I have known Rick and Michele for a very long time, and I grew up with both of their sons. In my line of work, a reputable electrician is key. Rick is my go to electrician for all of my clients. I have yet to have a single complaint about the quality of his workmanship. Rick and Michele are outstanding people who repeatedly go out of their way for others and make it a point to go above and beyond the call of duty for their clientele. Rick's motto is "building a relationship basis, not a client basis." And it shows. Rick is an upfront, honest, and genuine human being who will bend over backwards for other people without a second thought. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone and everyone who is need of a quality electrician. He is arguably one of, if not THE, best electrician in New Jersey.
  
  Now, to address the review from "Rafael Castro." R&M Electrical keeps records regarding their clientele and have no record of such a client. You can also check with the local PD regarding the non existent alleged police reports and will find nothing of the sorts. More than likely, these 1 star reviews are a result of a competing business attempting to defame R&M electric. That is a low blow to do, especially making such false accusations against a wonderful family owned business.

  R&M installed my outdoor radio speakers. The work was outstanding, the owner Rick is very professional and thorough. I would recommend R&M to anyone and will definitely use them in the future. If you ever need electrical work done don't hesitate to contact them. The prices are fair and the work is superb.
