I have learned so many new things and improved my prior skills with the help of Spartan. Hands down the best fitness class I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend!!

(September 22, 2017, 12:45 pm)Great workout -Instructors Lee and Chris are amazing. The workout is excellent, you gain strength, agility and endurance. I look forward to the 6am class before work. There are also evening and weekend classes to fit your needs.
