MUST READ!!! 28yo male hernia mesh removal
Dr Kaufman helped me when no one else would. I had a inguinal hernia repair with mesh in sept 2017 and was in agonizing pain afterwards. I followed up with my original surgeon who told me the pain would subside and i needed to get over it. I followed up with him again one month later and he said i was fine and recommend i got to a pain dr. I was furious i knew something went wrong during surgery and he wasn’t going to help fix it. I went to my urologist who agreed with him that it was me being over sensitive, now I’m questioning my own pain thinking maybe it is me. The pain never got better just kept getting worst and worst and i tried to relax about it and couldn’t. Fast forward six months of pain i started researching hernia mesh issues and drs that have experience removing them, this is how i found Dr. Kaufman. Upon my first visit to his office he immediately tried to help fix my pain and listened to me and didn’t dismiss my pain like the others did, this was such a relief to finally have someone believe what i was experiencing. I ended up having to have the old mesh removed while also having a triple neurectomy performed. Upon waking from surgery Dr. Kaufman explained to me how my old mesh was stitched into my nerve branch. I am so thankful for Dr. Kaufman i can’t explain to you how much he helped me. It’s been one month since surgery and all the pain i was experiencing before is gone. i honestly never thought i would be pain free there ever again. Thank you
TLDR: Had hernia mesh surgery that was done incorrectly, Dr Kaufman fixed it. Michelle at his office is so awesome btw, it was a great experience dealing with the scheduling and testing with her.

I have just finished a procedure for varicose veins. I would like to comment on Dr Kaufman and his amazing staff. 1. They are always on time with the appointments and try to accommodate you. 2.The office is spotless. 3.Dr Kaufman is very patient and understanding 4. His ultra sound technician (Mahal) is very knowledgeable and patient. Will explain the question long enough until you understand. His nurse is very kind and Michelle is very helpful. All in all a great experience
