    Having been a member at SETS since 2013, I can safely say it is the most rewarding fitness program I've ever been a part of. Anthony and the rest of the trainers have an incredible way of making you feel like you are receiving one-on-one instruction, even in a class of 40 or more.

    I started with the 21 day challenge. SETS was so much more than I expected, that I became a member. The trainers are amazing and each workout will leave you feeling accomplished. I highly recommend SETS!

    I did the 21 day challenge over a year ago and I'm still a member. All the coaches are great and really know what they are doing. They are always ready to help you. The members are all so welcoming and you become a family. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, this place is for you. Try it. You won't be sorry.

    So happy I did the 21 day challenge in August and here it is October and I’m still going strong!!

    I absolutely love the atmosphere of SETS, every day is something new. In 60 minutes of high energy you get an awesome workout no matter what you capability might be. Never do I feel intimidated as the coaches always give you modifications so that you can work up to your ability. Everyone, including the members are always willing to help you out, cheer you on, and push you when you think you have no more. I am so happy I made the commitment to myself to continue.

    I also love the fact that the owner and staff are also engaged with community and have sponsored and participated in many local fundraising events. Had a great time this past weekend at the event for breast cancer to help out a local family.

    If you’re looking for a fun workout I highly suggest you stop in and try a workout….you’ll be hooked!!!

    Absolutely love this place. Though I still have work to do, I am in the best shape of my life because of SETS. Their Staff and Members are tremendous in motivating. In addition, I am now off all medications! If you are debating, don’t...sign up, you won’t regret it. Thanks SETS
