I've been workingout at this gym since it opened. The front desk staff is awesome. They're always friendly and willing to help with anything. The gym is relatively quiet. There are certain times when ir gets busier than usual but for the most part I have my run at 2 to 3 machines at a time with no waiting. For that reason I love this gym. Are there certain things that I don't like, sure, but nothing is ever perfect but this place is pretty close. Maybe get some new machines and replace some old equipment and we're would be looking at 5 stars across the board. It is also worth mentioning, Abbey at the front desk is one of the best people you will ever meet. Also, Sarah in the glass office is pretty much the one you go to to sign up, is amazing as well. No problems there. I can't speak for the trainers because I never use them. I'll be staying at this place for as long as the remain in Jackson. Well done. Plus I get a free protein shake for leaving this review. Awesome. Thanks guys.
Had to visit Jackson Village urgent care office because my primary care MD did not have hours. I had the best experience ever. Saw Dr Mary Clare O’Keefe who was professional and knowledgeable. Everything I needed to have done, I had done right onsite in the Jackson Village, efficiently and courteously. Blood work, X-ray, ultrasound, even my prescription was available there. The building is beautiful and clean. My husband escorted me and was thrilled about the one stop shop. Thank you Hackensack MeridIan Health for this phenomenal service site. We will be back
