Thankfully, Melissa, the manager at the Lacey location helped me through the process by assisting me in communication with corporate and also eventually helped the WLB fixed my problem. A+ location

(November 10, 2018, 10:28 am)I just joined but so far so good! I got to spend some time with Russell, who was an awesome trainer and taught me a lot in a short time. Whenever I made an exercise look easy, he would make it more of a challenge to make sure I'm getting the most out of it, while at the same time making sure I don't overdo it. I can't wait to come back and keep working!

They welcome you with a smile, help you with anything you need, and wish you a great workout when you’re done speaking. The gym itself is always spotless, and the two custodial staff members I see are constantly making sure it stays that way - also with a smile. I have been to other Retro Fitness locations in my area and the Lacey location is the best by far.
