  My husband and I brought our rescue there for the first time yesterday morning. We were reluctant to do so as we have been using the same vet for several years. We have recently moved, and we decided to try lanoka oaks because they are so close to our house. We had a wonderful first experience. I called at 9:30am and was given a 10:00 appointment for a dog that had never been there before. They treated us as if we had been customers for years. They were patient, and they were sure to answer all of our questions. All of the staff members were wonderful. My rescue can be skiddish around new people, but he went right up to all of the staff at lanoka oaks wagging his tail. Truly wonderful service. Dr. Knox was excellent. We were told to put our dog on prescription food, so I thought it might be less expensive through chewy. The front desk staff was so helpful through the process and even informed me that lanoka oaks sells the food at a lower cost than chewey does via text message. We will definitely continue to use lanoka oaks for all of our animals in the future.

  This was our first visit and it was for an emergency. When we got home my husband said - this is the best vet we've ever been to. (And we've had animals for 30 years). And he's right. The doctor and the techs were amazing. You could tell they LOVE their patients and spent as much time as needed to calm our cat while they ran their tests. They were really nice to the humans too (as we were incredibly stressed). Don't hesitate to take your fur babies here.

  Been coming here for years. Audrey the tech is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The reception woman at the desk just needs to chill about the directions on how to give meds to dogs. It comes off condescending.

  I have been going here with my Rottweiler for about 4-5 years now and the staff is super friendly and their facility is very clean. Everyone is knowledgeable and loves animals and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

  This vet is great. They truly care about the animals they are treating unlike other vets that only care about money. I went to a vet near me that wanted to charge me $1500 for a minor surgery to remove a growth in my dogs mouth. Seeing as that is quite a big amount I wanted a second opinion. That is when I went to lanoka oaks where they were only going to charge $380 for that same surgery plus a biopsy. They were amazing with my dog Molly and really took the time to explain everything to a T. The day of the surgery we realized that the growth had disappeared on it's own and even though I took up some of his time he did not even charge me for the office visit since there was nothing needed to be done. Most vets would have still charged the initial visit fee but they were understanding and generous enough to cut me a break. This is one of the few vets left in the area that still care about there clients and the animals. I give them a 5 star all the way.
