They were not able to ship my product to my PO box and I was promptly contacted to ask for an alternative address, not only was it a prompt e mail but it was a real life person!!! Not somthing I'm use to at all. Two days later I received my packages!!!! Definitely going to be doing ALL of my future purchases for medical needs!!!! Thank you again Liz!!!
