  Rikki was absolutely outstanding to work with...she saved the day. Not only did she fix a mishap in my ordering, but she got me the sink I needed expedited and turned around in less than a week. And, she set me up with an technical representative to assist with the proper drains I needed for the sink. It took 1 phone call and she made magic happen. Thanks Rickki and Quality Bath!

  I love this company. They not only have excellent materials and quick delivery but BEST of all is Freida in returns. She was amazing assisting me to return a $400 faucet I couldn't use, explaining step by step the process and keeping me informed along the way. I think you can judge a company by how they treat you in this sort of situation. Freida's customer service was superb. She was extremely responsive and helpful. In the end I received a refund for more than I expected. Nice surprise.

  Quality products and excellent customer service. Will be purchasing from them again! They sent me the wrong sink grid and when I made them aware of the issue some time later... they corrected the issue immediately. The sink I purchased and the grid are high quality and beautiful.

  Frieda was awesome. We had an issue with the sink my wife and I had purchased. I got in contact with Frieda and my new sink was in the mail within minutes. The new sink is perfect. Thanks so much Frieda.

  Beyond outstanding customer service! There are countless options for ordering online, and these guys differentiate themselves with incredibly responsive and effective customer service.
