Torah learning almost around the clock.
Cleanest shul in Lakewood.
Would be nice to have another minyan for Shachris for all those that for some reason can't make it to existing minyanim and up davening in shul without minyan.
It would also alleviate some of the parking problems. -

Best place to learn or daven. Don't come here to shmuess, don't ruin it for the rest of us -
