  The company has very poor communication that’s the only part I’m not liking so far but my home is beautiful and the contractor(Richie) they use to do the lease signing and all is amazing at what he does and I’m very grateful for him and his continuous help even after his part was finished. He is there when you need him regardless and that’s an important part of running a successful business. I’m very happy with my home and I will recommend this company honestly simply because Richie helps make it so easy.

  After recent Military Transition my Wife and I were looking for a new Place to call home. We Met a gentleman by the name of Richie. He was outstanding!!. I recommend them to my Military colleagues or anyone in need of a new home. His customer service was exceptional.

  I have to by far rate my experience at 10+. My initial call to the property manager Richie was phenomenal! He is very professional and attentive. My Husband and I are military and accustom to grade A service. This he met and exceeded by far. Everything was a smooth experience. With the stress already being high when looking for a new home. Richie definitely made this process zero burden. I would definitely recommend this company to my fellow Military members, they will take excellent care of you.

  I needed to find a place to live fast. the house that I was renting for the last 4 years the landlord stopped paying the mortgage even tho I was paying rent. I got a notice that the home I was living in was going up in a sheriff sale. Obviously I was anxious and very stressed. I'm also a single father. I spent every waking minute looking for a place to move into. I wasn't having luck...then God directed me too a gentleman named Richie. He was nothing but helpful he even called me while on vacation with his family there were a few bumps in the process (that was no one's fault) but Richie was patient with me and kind and I was able to get into a new apartment just in time. I'm very thankful for his help and guidance. 5 star experience for sure! thanks again Richie!

  I have been working with this company and their contracted property manager (Richie) since about August '18. I have been renting a single-family home from them for a month now. They have been 100% responsive and taken care of anything I've requested (as my rental was a fixer-upper) My calls/texts are returned promptly and they have always been courteous. Richie, by far, has been the absolute best to work with. He is knowledgeable and flexible. He will go out of his way and do what he can to work things out in the best interest of his client as well as the tenant. He makes sure he is readily available and approachable for whatever is needed. Before moving here, I did my research and did see the negative reviews, but trusted my instincts and interactions and moved forward. I am very happy I did. I just wanted to post this positive experience for anyone that may come along after me and is considering working with this company. Nothing but good things to say from my experience.
