    I am new to crossfit, and just completed the six week challenge. I was extremely nervous and had no idea what to expect. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging! The coaches take time to help you and want you to succeed. I am thrilled with my results, and am excited to continue my crossfit journey at Clamtown Crossfit!

    I started CrossFit just over a year ago and I have never been around a more welcoming & motivated group of individuals!! Clamtown is amazing for athletes of all ages and abilities who just want to better their health!

    Great box, good coaches who are attentive and helpful with a great group of members. Its also nice to have classes of people at different levels, strong community.
