Dr Magsino is an excellent dr. Would recommend him to everyone. He is very compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable, but I don’t like the phone system that they now have.
DR MAGSINO IS AN EXCELLANT DR.HOWEVER HIS STAFF TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER THE PHONE.EVEN MY CARDIAC DRS OFFICE HAS GREAT DIFFICULTY WHEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM BECAUSE I FORGOT I NEEDED A REFERRAL.I HAVE SEEN 1ST HAND 3 PEOPLE AT THE DESK THE PHONE RINGING AND RINGING YET IT IS NOT PICKED UP.WHEN THE PHONE STOPS RINGING I PRESUME IT EITHER WENT TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE WHICH IS WHAT I GET EVERYTIME I CALL THERE.OR THE PERSON GOT TIRED OF HOLDING ON TO THE PHONE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER.i HAVE ALSO BEEN IN THE WAITING ROOM WHEN PATIENTS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT WHEN THEY TRY TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.ONE MAN SAID:"ITS EASIER TO COME IN PERSON TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT".Other than that the staff is pleasant when you get there.And the dr is excellent.Only reason I put up with the office not answering never is because the doctor is so good.But its really a major inconvenience when trying to get an appointment.
