Steve is a wonderful plumber and a nice man. He is competent and very personable. He provides good advice to avoid future problems.

Steve showed up on time and cleared my clogged toilet. He even took off his boots upon entering my house because they were wet. Great experience.
Steve is a great guy and a very knowledgeable contractor! He called me/followed up outside work hours to set up an appointment. He was flexible with the time and was ready to make himself available to work on my issue. He was called in for a second opinion for my home warranty contract - he looks at the faucet and tells me the issue even without opening it up. The cartridge pin wasn’t fit properly by the previous contractor! No walls torn! Leak fixed in 10 mins.
After reading the reviews on google, I was expecting a very poor experience with Rubber Duck. So I was very pleasantly surprised by Steve (owner) who came by to work on one of the coldest days of the year and cleared my blocked drain. I highly recommend him.
