  Came into store to purchase a new phone and saw mike....I have never had such a pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all! The manager Marilyn was also there and extreamly helpful! What an amazing team and management at point pleasant Verizon store!

  I came in for help with my phone and Michael was so patient and helpful. He helped me and answered all my questions! Great experience! I will only go to Michael from now on.

  Marilyn was so patient, understanding, and efficient in getting me set up in a new phone and tablet and was honest explaining the cost and even explained what my first bill would be and every bill going forward. I was in those store years ago and the management team was not so good but Marilyn, mike, and mark are great! Come to Point Pleasant Verizon for your next phone and be treated like family!

  Marilyn & Ryan at Point Pleasant Verizon store took the best care of me. I appreciate having an awesome neighborhood store to come to because I DO NOT suggest THE TOMS RIVER LOCATION TO ANYONE!
