  We stayed late October for 2 nights. We got a room ground level facing the ocean . We were in room 127. You literally open up the patio door, walk on the deck and get an un-obstructed view of the ocean. The beach is right in front of the patio and you can walk on the beach from the patio.
  
  They have patio lounge chairs. We spent a lot of time there listening to music and watching the waves roll in. I even saw the fins of a school of 4 to 5 dolphins near the shore.
  
  Only time we left the room was to get something to eat.
  
  Our room was very clean and and the bathroom was also. My guess it was renovated after storm Sandy.
  
  Our goal was to relax, not worry about time and do NOTHING. Our goal was accomplished at this motel.

  Excellent location with comfy beds and multiple pillows. ....thirsty towels w/complimentary high quality shampoo,conditioner,lotion , make up remover & moisturizer!.....AC works very well and balcony overlooks the dunes~

  Clean, comfortable and convenient. Reasonable price for what you get. Not so bad. Only thing is that there is no hair dryer, microwave, or a place to store your food if you wanted to. Other than that, its not bad at all. Beach is right in front and board walk is 1 minute away. Would definitely recommend.

  We stayed here for 4th of July week. The room was well kept with brand new carpeting. Had access to a less crowded private beach and they had their own pool. It's 3 minutes walk to the arcades and all the dining. I really enjoyed my stay here.
