You can open the front door and see the ocean! Staff was very accommodating and super friendly; let us check out late and keep our cars there after checkout. Mentioned renovations and I'm sure they'll be great. Already booked the room for next year for the family and can't wait to see what they've done.

The location is perfect. Right on the boardwalk and next to the beach and we got a good rate. It has a deck on the top floor for the guests to use that over looks the boardwalk and beach which is great to relax and see the view. The rooms are a little small for family rooms. We had two double beds for 3 adults and 2 kids which worked for us but more room would have been nice. The rooms look newly updated and where clean and nice. At night we didn't hear any noise from the boardwalk or other rooms. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was fast and easy. They do have onsite parking however the parking lot is very small and doesn't have many spot. The only was for us to get out of the parking lot was to pull straight over the curb, at first we were completely blocked in but luckily the car parked on the street moved. Our room only had a mini fridge, no microwave or coffee pot(when we booked it said the room had a coffee pot and fridge) However the outside of the building looks outdated. Our bathroom door didn't close all the way which was annoying and there is screws sticking up around each doorway outside where the old mats used to be I believe, so don't walk around with no shoes on and be careful. They are easy to avoid if you know they are there but they should take care of them. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the screws and the bathroom door. I would stay here again because of the location but wouldn't go with as many people. I added pictures from the roof top balcony.

The room was not bad nor good; it was fine. The A/C worked well, the bed wasn't bad. The shower and bathroom were clean and functional. The room was small but given I only needed it for a shower and a bed, it was sufficient. Overall it was worth the price. My only complaint is that the staffing is too minimal; if issues crop up expect to have to wait to get the issue resolved at the office. I had to wait 45 minutes just to get my room key because there was an issue with the address on my booking not matching my license. I had to wait for the manager to arrive while two other small groups with their own issues requiring addressing from a manager to resolve stood in wait with me. Barring that situation, the rest of the experience was pleasant.
