(December 1, 2018, 9:12 am)This place is very popular with the locals, it was packed even on a Friday night in November but we were seated within 20 minutes. Loud and lively with a kitschy nautical atmosphere, as you'd expect for a local shore restaurant. We got drinks at the bar while we waited. The bartenders were quick and attentive and the craft beer list was decent - about 20 on tap, plus bottles and your usual domestics.
As for the food, the crab cakes were outstanding. Lots of real crab meat in every bite without a lot of breading and filler. Well worth it! We also shared the muscles mexicali and the oysters on special, both really good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was friendly but a bit slow due to the crowds. Overall wonderful experience! -

(September 26, 2018, 11:34 am)I'm visiting from Arizona and this was a refreshing find. It is awesome! They are so friendly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed. The interior design is unique and beautiful with wood flooring, very comfortable flex back bar stools, nautical decor, 4-5 screens showing different genres of TV.
When I was there what was on was; a 1970's basketball documentary, a fishing documentary, a 1970's car racing documentary and a baseball game. Great choices to view. Music is current and upbeat. They sponsor events and fundraisers for good causes.
There is ample room for seating, tables are not crowding and plenty of room for dancing (if you get your groove on!) They have a room that can be private with sliding barn doors. In there is 4 booths and seating for allot of people. It overlooks the Marshland of the Bay, which has its own beauty.
They are open 7 days a week and the bar is open till 1am on weekdays and 2am weekends. YOU MUST GO HERE!
