  I’ve been going to this CrossFit for a total of about 4-5 months and honestly I have nothing bad to say about this gym.The people who work out there are always nice and helpful and always looking to have fun while working out.The coaches take their job extremely seriously and are always watching to make sure everyone is safe and doing the movements correctly.I personally love the atmosphere of the place.When my day is bad, going to Apache will cheer me up.Im always welcomed when I enter the place and I always leave with a smile on my face.I look forward to going to this gym for a very long time.

  Peerless facilities and coaching. The Crossfit gym market is flooded with poor examples of what the core basis of “Crossfit” should be, most exemplify exclusionary culture rife with false machismo and an emphasis on masochism. This is not the case with Apache. Apache exudes a warmth that is often missing in gyms at large, there is a defined sense of community. Which is an awesome cherry on top of an incredible gym. 5/5 would go again.

  Don't live in the area but I'm originally from TR and pop in here whenever I visit - no awkward feelings like some places I've been to, the coaches have all been super nice and make sure the workout is right for your proper level, etc... bonus points as this place is suuuuper clean!

  I'm 67 years young and my husband and I have been training at Apache for about 6 months now and couldn't ask for a better experience. The coaches really know their stuff and care about your form which is great for a newbie. The facility is always clean and the amount and condition of the equipment is great. Having never done these types of workouts I didn't know what to expect but I gave it a try one day and never looked back. I can see changes in myself already and I'm getting stronger each session. Tasks around the house have even become easier. The minute I saw how the community interacted with and cared for each other I knew this was a special place.

  Always a great experience at Apache, great coaching, clean facility, positive vibes, made me feel at home from the first visit. Mike is extreme knowledgeable on all facets of CrossFit, Nutrition, and Life Skills....TCB
