  Best massage I've had in a very long time because she focused on my trouble area and was able to release my pain/back spasms. Not only did she get the spasms to decrease but she provided the perfect amount of pressure I needed in order to do so. Sometimes you're unable to find that within a therapist but she is spot on. She really focused on where I needed her most and gave me great tips to release my pain on my own. She is VERY thorough and knowledgeable within her field of work. She really cares and takes the extra time. Highly recommend!

  I have experienced the pleasure of massage therapy with Katie . Having had other massage therapy experiences that were not pleasurable . I have come to realize the importance of a skilled therapeutic massage executed by a professional, trained individual. Beyond her professionalism, I find that Katie truly cares about each individual, their health, their circumstances - mind body and spirit. She is dedicated to her profession and is, simply stated, one of the best!!!
  I see her because she relieves the tight knots in my muscles and also provides a very relaxing environment. The moment I lie down on the massage table, I feel better. The environment is so peaceful, it’s like taking a vacation from the stress of everyday life. Sometimes I talk and other times I am quiet, depending on the mood I am in. She is able to use deep pressure on the areas that I need it, and lighter pressure on other areas. When she is working the knots out, it “hurts good.” I would recommend her to anybody.   My pain in my cervical spine has decreased about 90% since I've been seeing Miss Katie Meo, the owner of Meo holistic health and wellness. She is very different and her approach to massage and even in nutrition .. if I had one word to describe her it would be real and I say that because she so knowledgeable that she just wants to pass her knowledge on to others that do not have that knowledge but need that knowledge you never feel rushed during your appointments and if you need to spend extra time with her she is more than happy to sacrifice her time she is an outstanding young woman with a bright bright future.One of my favorite things that makes her different than the majority of the massage places near me and she makes you feel so comfortable she'll ask if you would like water show constantly check on the temperature of the room show check in on the pressure .. I remember one time I had a question about the eucalyptus oil she was showing me and she handed me a book and told me that I can have it for as long as I wanted to which has never happened to me at any massage parlor or any private practice. She is an extremely giving person .. and she's always running specials and the best part is my husband is a veteran and every day of the year she has specials for veterans which I think is absolutely awesome because not many places will have a special for veterans all year round but Meo holistic health and wellness sure does thank you for being so thoughtful Katie we all appreciate it

  Ms. Katie Meo, owner and operator of Meo Holistic Health & Wellness, is a wonderful message therapist. Ms. Meo knows what she is talking about and her hands are magical. I informed Ms. Meo of a past back injury, and she proceeded with caution and used the correct amount of pressure. Before our session began, she told me about all the oils she had and could use during my message if I wished. I totally recommend using her oils! The peppermint oil opens up your sinuses so you can deep breathe and relax your muscles. (These oils are offered for purchase, but you do not have to and they are not pushed upon your purchasing).
  
  I strongly recommend anyone and everyone to make an appointment with Ms. Meo. Her hours of operation are flexible and she's quick to respond. Also, during the entire message she checks in periodically to make sure she is using the correct amount of pressure and is not hurting you by using too much pressure.
