When you workout at Force Fitness, you become part of the Force Family. You're surrounded by encouragement, dedication, determination and inspiration. The trainers are absolutely fantastic, and consistently go above and beyond to keep members engaged and excited. The classes fly by and you DEFINITELY get a great workout! We may laugh and joke, but we get the job done! I joined in July 2018 and am a Force Lifer all the way! Give it a try. Trust me, you will not regret it!

I have never enjoyed working out, until I started with these Amazing trainers (the owners) at Force Fitness. Stephanie and Melissa are dedicated to helping you succeed on your personal health journey. Thier positive approach and encouraging words keep you motivated.
People of all fitness levels and ages are members. The environment at Force is welcoming and unified. We all have the same goals to be healthier and happier. These ladies have created the structure and support system so you can succeed. All you have to do is walk through that door. We will do it together! -

(September 10, 2018, 6:10 pm)Stephanie and Melissa are amazing trainers. I’m so happy to have trained under them for more than a year. They are the reason why I work out 6 days a week. Since I’ve started I’ve lost almost 30lbs! Their motivation is like no other!! You instantly feel like a family when you workout there!! The workout is tough but they will always help you modify and you work to the best of you ability! Here there is NO JUDGING!! Come and check it out!!

It is a one stop shop- classes that fit every schedule, nutritional counseling with prepared meals on site, gym gear, even a coffee bar!!!! It is a group class format that has new workouts every day that will challenge the most dedicated gym rat and still allow for ample modification for a beginner! The trainers/owners are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals! This place can’t be beat!!!
