  I’ve lived at Mariner’s Cove for about 2 years and I’m so happy I made the decision to move here. The leasing office staff - Sylvia, Sean, and Jenna are always so pleasant and helpful. The maintenance department are quick to fulfill requests. What you get here at Mariners Cove- I can confidently say you won’t find anywhere else, especially for the price. You wake up to a beautiful sunrise on the bay, and hear the calls of seagulls, what could be better? Better yet, the apartments themselves are gorgeous - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, parking space right in front of your door, washer & dryer in unit, a patio AND balcony, and all with views of Barnegat Bay! I work in Trenton and I love telling people that “I live right on the bay in Toms River.” They all get jealous because we truly live like we’re on vacation here. The apartments make you feel like you have your own Jersey Shore mansion - for a fraction of the price. Though I’ll be relocating soon due to work, I try relish in the beauty of the apartment and views every day. I’m bummed I have to leave such a beautiful place because I’ll never find what I have here again. I’ve made many amazing memories here and I hope you, a future resident, will too.

  I have been living at Mariners Cove for two years and I am still in awe of the scenic view from the spacious kitchen. A kitchen which has everything at my fingertips. Everyone in the office is so helpful with whatever the need may be. Any maintenance request are completed promptly and satisfactory. I love living here with the majestic swans and waddling ducks.

  This is my second year living in Mariners Cove and I hold the community, management and maintenance in very high regard. The quality of life is exceptional. My backyard is the bay, which in consideration of the price, is amazing! Not too mention, the units are fresh and up-to-date, and the appliances and fixtures are modern and in perfect working order. I recommend Mariners Cove to all who are looking for a friendly very reasonable shore community.

  I love living here and would highly recommend it. My apartment is spacious and the outdoor space is perfect in the summer. The balcony is nice for relaxing and enjoying the view. The community is friendly and welcoming. The management office staff are always friendly and helpful. They even go out of their way to give my puppy cookies which is always greatly appreciated! The maintenance staff have always gone above and beyond in helping fix anything in my apartment and are always accommodating to my work schedule.
