  Wow. I'm shocked when I read these reviews. I have been here 3 times over the years and the staff has been great every time. I just called today with a special request to make a pair of glasses from an old prescription they had in 2016. No problem.. Tammy took the time to look thru my records and explain the differences with my new vs. old lenses, and got another order in for me ASAP. I guess it's all about timing but the staff @ America's Best Toms River have been nothing but professional and friendly to me. Keep up the good work.

  I was hesitant to make an appointment here because of all of the negative reviews. I had an appointment last Friday evening. The receptionists were both very friendly. Mary who did my pre eye exam and helped finalize the order of my glasses, was extremely helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was patient going over pricing with me and gave me different options. She never made me feel rushed or that I was annoying her with my indecisiveness or multiple questions. It is my first time needing glasses and she was so considerate of that. The male dr. who did my exam was pretty short when it came to speaking but I didn’t really mind that. I felt like it was a pleasant experience all around and I would definitely recommend them to anyone as long as you aren’t looking for a HUGE amount of designer frames to choose from. I’d also recommend making an appiointment as they were very busy. I love that you can make your appointment right from their website! As busy as they were I was not sitting very long during the process but I feel the appointment helped.

  Everyone there is very professional, you walk in and are treated with respect, they have never made me wait , they take care of your glasses for repairs right away ,they even fixed my dollar store glasses, that I use for reading,
