“I've been to my share of pharmacies in the past 3 years, and this was THE BEST customer service I've experienced. Jerry went out of his way to take care of everyone. I've stood on line at pharmacies for 15 minutes, only for them to tell me they were now closed when I got to the counter. Not here! We were second in line and Jerry greeted us and told us he'd be right with us. When it was my turn, my Rx wasnt ready because it was just called in from the urgent care center a block away. “Clean facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful activity department. A highly recommended PT/OT department. Sub acute rehab, pulmonary and various degree of long term care units. As with any facility, family members need be proactively involved with the care of their loved one and to insure a positive experience for all. All in all the staff at Hampton Ridge display a genuine compassion for your loved one. More importantly the facility employs its own staff as opposed to using a staffing agency.”
