My boyfriend and I are newer to the area, and after reading some google reviews we decided Southern Shore Animal Hospital is a place we would try for our doggie fur baby Lya. Lya is a nervous nelly and can be such a butthead with us at times, let alone with other people. So was somewhat skeptical initially bringing her because i know how she can be, especially when she’s scared. But I’m so glad we did! Such a welcoming staff as soon as we walked in the door, and absolutely everyone there (including the other animals and animal parents) were a delight to be around and Dr. Pointsett was amazing! Everyone working there was very knowledgeable and experienced! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We bring both of our dogs here and we love it. They always get you in quickly and the price is fair! Wouldn't take our pups anywhere else!
