“Previous to Goodebody I was a cardio person and went to a regular gym, pump out a weight workout in 45 minutes, needless to say I did not like working out with weights so the faster I moved the faster it would be over, I couldn't lose any of the weight and through a friend I started Goodebody October 20, 2022 with about 12 pounds to lose, I was told that I'm not losing weight because I am not burning enough.
