“I am correcting my entry to a 5 Star rating but that rating is for Doctor Raynon and her skills, NOT the office personnel. Dr. Raynon is top notch. She is intelligent, thorough, well informed, able to communicate cogently and clearly and she answered all my questions in detail. My concern is with the attitude of the office staff at the practice. I called on Thursday about a script and went to the office to pick it up on Friday, (albeit on Friday afternoon close to closing time). Upon entering, I felt as though I were interfering, as if I were being rushed through the process. I felt unwelcomed, no one smiled, and most of the personnel acted unconcerned. One staffer started to shut down the lights and work area while I was still in conversation with the person at the front desk. Such actions may not seem unprofessional to those that have become accustomed to them, but objectively, they are. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, however, most times such workplace attitudes are systemic and become entrenched until they are dealt with. I've shared the above for the sake of your practice, I hope my perception raises some concern and is dealt with creatively. Nonetheless, Dr. Reynon, is a top notch physician.”
