“Although it is my parents living here. I have spent enough time here to write a review. Lovely settings, numerous variations in house designs and coloring, tons of activities, 99+% homes have some sort of front porch to sit on and observe people out & about, friendly inhabitants, and good management. Biggest cons are that most homes have electric heating and hot water piping under the slab appears poorly insulated. But many homes now have solar power and natural gas lines are installed in most of the streets. Located next to strip mall with Shop-Rite and Lowes Home Improvement. Close proximity to Rts. 70, 571, 547, 527, 37 , 9 and Garden State Parkway.”
